All mortgage programs we offer will accept 660+, our FHA requires 550 middle score and conventional FNMA / Freddie Mac requires 620+ so you should be in good shape. Please call my office @ 908-516-2190 or e-mail me carlos@keypointmtg.com as we are local with offices in Summit, Woodland Park and North Arlington NJ. Thanks!!!!!

just about all lending programs have options for 660 credit scores.. but understand that it takes more than a credit score to obtain financing.. so long as you meet all other eligibility requirements, you should be fine.. I'm a Broker here in Scottsdale AZ and I only lend in Arizona. If you or someone you know is looking for financing options, feel free to contact me or pass along my information. William J. You have several options. As long as you do not have any judgements or Tax Leins, you should be ok. Call me for more information:Jim 732-501-4249

As others are confirming, you'll have plenty of options either conventional or FHA depending on the other details of your application and qualifications. A good mortgage officer will look at both options for you and make recommendations.
