if i get a usda loan will i be able to refi into an fha mortgage eventually with a cash out?

Once you have sufficient equity ( value) in your home ( FHA will be 15%) then you can do a Cash out refinance as long as you qualify.e-mail me at pete.bass@everbank.com for more information

FHA Insured Home Loans allow for you to cash-out refinance up to 85% of the loan-to-value of your home once you have owned the home for a minimum of 12 months; otherwise, you're restricted to the lower of the sales price or appraised value is owned less than a year.
